ESPN’s Page Two has an extensive resource of major sporting franchise prototype uniforms. The two of particular interest to me are the early 90’s Astros prototype and the white Texans helmet. And while I long for the Astros “rainbow” uniforms of old, it makes me shudder to think that the Chicago White Sox organization ever considered these uniforms as a viable replacement.
