I’ve been somewhat quiet about it, but I joined a really awesome gym here in Katy at the end of December. I’ve been dedicated about going, mostly because the place is truly awesome and it’s easy to get inspired to head up there for a few hours.
Anyway, my starting weight was 226 pounds on December 28, and today I weighed in at 205.3. Twenty one pounds in less than two months! Most of the weight has come off because of cardio (I’m doing a TON of rock climbing), but I’m also mostly watching what I eat. It’s the craziest feeling ever.
