Today was a bit of a bummer, because I didn’t make it to the gym for the first time in over three weeks. I feel terrible, too, like I’ve let down my grandmother or something.
I ate well today — breakfast and lunch were the normal eggs/bread/yogurt combo, but dinner was tilapia, squash and mushrooms. I swear, I could eat that same meal every night for the rest of my life and not get tired of it.
Since I didn’t get to the gym today, I wasn’t able to weigh myself, but I’ll try to get that done tomorrow.
